The Business Colab is a monthly lunchtime network designed to connect and resource local small businesses and help to raise the profile amongst the business community in Sheffield of the charitable work of Hope Community Foundation.

Working in partnership with Citadel Business Academy, we aim to provide you with the support, training and coaching you need in your business as well as put you in touch with potential customers and suppliers.

It is an informal network which we want you to help us create.  We are interested in what you need to help you to start-up and grow your business.  We recognise that most businesses employ between 1 and 10 people and don’t always have all of the knowledge and experience they need to be successful.  Our aim is to offer support to you through our extensive experience as entrepreneurs, coaches and business developers.

Each session will be held in our Foundation Cafe.  There is free parking on site within 1 minute’s walk of the cafe itself.  A buffet lunch and cold refreshments will be available and you can purchase fresh coffee and tea from our cafe if you wish.

The format is mostly informal but we will also provide you with information during each session on how you can access our support.

There is no need to sign up to a membership.  You can simply donate when you arrive.  Our donation goes towards the cost of the event and supporting the work of the charity.  You are more than welcome to donate more than this if you wish of course.  Funds are invested directly into creating sustainable support for disadvantaged communities.
