Development Manager (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Manager to join the Senior Management Team at The Hope Community Foundation. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the operations and development of our enterprise and outreach projects and programs, playing an essential role in advancing The Hope Centre’s vision as a thriving community asset. Reporting to the HCF Development Director, you will manage project leads across various departments and ensure our activities meet targets, while driving growth in awareness, engagement, effectiveness, and impact.

Conferencing Staff (Casual)

At the Hope Centre, we operate a social enterprise that aims to raise funds for our community work, by hiring meeting rooms in our building.  The Hope Centre has a suite of meeting rooms capable of hosting up to 650 delegates.  If you are interested in applying for casual work to help us to run our conference events and believe you have the attitude and aptitude to offer the best hospitality and service to our wonderful customers, we would love to talk to you.  For more information and a copy of the job description for this role get in touch.

Facilities Team (Casual)
