Pathways

Pathways is our process for intentionally setting aside time to ensure we see your needs and aspirations, we want to capture this opportunity to connect you with solutions that are available across our city to meet those needs. We know that we can’t be all things to all people, but our hope is that we can signpost you to others who may be able to help you in areas we can’t!

Pathways happens every weekday alongside all our current ongoing projects and you can find any of our Pathfinders in the Foundation Cafe space throughout the week. All Pathfinders will be identifiable when they are in the building, as they will be wearing a badge with their name on it. You can chat with them about how it all works in more detail at any time and find out how we can help you more.
