We are so blessed to be partnered and funded by some incredible local business and charities, for more information on who they are and what they have helped us achieve.

Asda

ASDA is a British supermarket, founded in Leeds, it is now one of the top leading supermarkets in the UK. During Christmas when we were sending out Food Hampers to those in need, ASDA partnered with us to help feed the community. They’re also involved in our Polka Dots Playgroup! 

Lidl

Lidl are one of the top leading supermarkets here in the UK, we receive donations from LIDL that go towards the work we do through our Foundation Cafe and our other projects!

Henry Smith Charity

The Henry Smith Charity aims to use its resources to help people and communities at a time of need and to bring about positive change. Through the funding we have received from them we have been able to employ new foundation staff to oversee our projects and facilitate all the work we do!

Aldi

Aldi is the common brand of two German family-owned discount supermarket chains with over 10,000 stores in 20 countries, with their donations we can reach so may more families in need.

LUSH

Lush cosmeticsfounded in 1995, partnered with us at Christmas time and have continued to donate products directly to those who need them through Hope Community Foundation.

The Message Trust

We are so excited to have recently partnered with The Message Trust to build our own Community Grocery within The Hope Centre. We are aware that many families will be feeling the financial impact of Covid-19, so the Community Grocery is here for you to shop for less!

South Yorkshire Community Foundation 

The heart behind this incredible Foundation is that they believe, similarly to us, that everyone deserves the same opportunities to fulfil their potential, no matter where they live. With their funding throughout COVID we were able to reach more people than ever through our Hope Hampers.

Neighbourly

Neighbourly is an award-winning giving platform that helps businesses make a positive impact in their communities by donating volunteer time, money and surplus products, all in one place. During COVID last year they donated to help provide some much-needed supplies and support for families in need.

C3 Hope

C3 HOPE are a God led, Christ centred, spirit filled, and people focused church who have a real heart for Sheffield and believe that Jesus is the hope for humanity. Hope Community Foundation was founded from this church and the work they did, everything we do happens with their continued support and partnership.

All Churches Trust 

All Churches Trust believes in equipping and empowering Christian organisations to have a positive and transformative impact on lives and communities and through their support and funding we have been able to continue our work in the community.

Bernard Sunley Foundation

Bernard Sunley Foundation are a family grant making foundation which supports charities in England and Wales working to raise the quality of life and provide greater opportunities for the young, the elderly, the disabled and the disadvantaged.

The National Lottery Community Fund

The National Lottery Community Fund distributes over £600m a year to communities across the UK, raised by players of the National Lottery. In July 2023 they donated funds to our Jigsaw Cafe, to help support our work supporting and proving activities for over 55s in Sheffield.

Acts 345

Acts 435 is a giving website that allows people to give money directly to others, and 100% of what is donated via their page goes directly to those in need. We have partnered with Acts 345 through our Community Grocery so that our grocery members in need can access wider help.
